Mediation
Disputes between attorneys and their clients may be submitted for mediation with the regional bar association in Düsseldorf (pursuant to § 73 (2) no. 3 in conjunction with § 73 (5) BRAO) or to Schlichtungsstelle der Rechtsanwaltschaft (§ 191 f BRAO), the mediation board of the Federal Lawyers’ Bar Association, which is listed on the website of the Federal Lawyers’ Bar Association (www.brak.de), e-mail: schlichtungsstelle@s-d-r.org
