Contentious disputes in court are a central element of a lawyer’s practice in all areas of intellectual property law. I have been litigating since the start of my professional career at both the trial and appellate level as well as before the Federal Patent Court.

My years of experience litigating before the many different special court divisions have given me valuable insight into the way the individual courts function and I am able to pass this insight on to my clients when developing their litigation strategy.

I am well versed in procedural tactics and know how to employ temporary injunctions to further my clients’ goals.
