- Do employers have the right to exploit the creative works of their employees?

- Can I claim compensation for presentations and participating in pitches?
- When I present an idea, how can I prevent the customer from realising it with someone other than myself?
- What should be taken into consideration when structuring contracts for agencies to minimise the risk of any liability for infringements of intellectual property rights?
